We offer free shipping on orders over £300. If the order is less, the shipping charge is: UK £12, EU £20, Worldwide £30 +VAT where applicable.

Store Collection: your order will be ready for collection the day of purchase. Pick up window: within 14 days of the day of receipt.
Note: Next Day delivery option is not available over the weekend.
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase/s. If you do wish to return something, please email us within 2 days of receipt at:firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns will be refunded, provided the item is returned to us within 14 days of the date of receipt. Any returns must be as new: unworn and in perfect condition, with all tags in place and no wear on the soles of shoes; all in the original packaging. For reasons of hygiene and safety, pierced earrings are non-refundable, unless faulty or not as described.

Returns from Overseas
To avoid delays and additional taxes, all paperwork and the outside of the return box must be clearly marked: RETURNED GOODS – NO COMMERICAL VALUE.
