Delivery
We offer free shipping on orders over £300. If the order is less, the shipping charge is: UK £12, EU £20, Worldwide £30 +VAT where applicable.

Approximate Delivery Times (not guaranteed):
UK: We aim to ship parcels within 1-2 days, arriving in 1-2 days.
EU: We aim to ship parcels within 1-2 days, arriving in 3-4 days.
Non EU and UK Countries: We aim to ship parcels within 1-2 days, arriving in 3-4 days.

Our orders are shipped by DHL and all deliveries will require a signature on arrival. Please note that orders may be subject to custom delays, taxes and duties beyond our control. In case of any queries, please email the shop: shop@atelier75.co.uk

Web returns

Temporary Returns Policy during the Covid-19 crisis: Please note, due to our limited hours of operation, we ask that if you need to make a return you contact us at shop@atelier75.co.uk. We value our customers’ and employees’ health and safety and to avoid any non-essential travel, we will organise a courier to collect the parcel. Purchases are returned at your expenses. The shipping charges will be as follows: UK £12, EU £20, Worldwide £30.

Any returns must be as new: unworn and in perfect condition, with all tags in place and no wear on the soles of shoes; all in the original packing. Kindly note, sale items purchased online cannot be returned after 14 days. For reasons of hygiene and safety, pierced earrings are non-refundable, unless faulty or not as described.

Returns from Overseas
To avoid delays and additional taxes, all paperwork and the outside of the return box must be clearly marked: RETURNED GOODS – NO COMMERICAL VALUE.

Shop Returns
Any purchases may be returned within 14 days to our shop for exchange or refund, subject to a receipt being provided. All items must be as new, with all tags in place and in unworn condition. Shoes must have their original box and dust bags, and no marks on the soles or leather. Refunds are not offered on SALE items purchased in store. For reasons of hygiene and safety, pierced earrings are non-refundable, unless faulty or not as described. Purchases are returned at your expense, we cannot refund the cost of postage.
